Monthly Comedy Club
The Seahorse will begin its Monthly Comedy Club on Thursday 2nd February. Once a month, a variety of top acts from the London comedy circuit will provide an evening of hilarious entertainment. These shows will start at 8.30pm and due to the nature of the material will be restricted to over eighteens.

Al Fresco Lunch for Terra Madre Day
Last year, over 120 countries held over 1150 events around the world to celebrate Terra Madre Day; to enjoy and promote good, clean and fair food. So.........
We would like to do something here in Cornwall to lend our support to this global food revolution.
Starting in the morning at the Camborne Produce Market (come anytime between 9.00am and 1.00pm) to shop for local produce and then on to the woodlands at Tehidy Country Park for an al fresco lunch in (4 mile drive from Camborne).
Cost: £5.00 per person. Open to members and non-members.

The November Pub Food Festival
What better way to welcome the change of season than to feast on some traditional British food at a prime pub location?
Cornwall Pub Trail are pleased to announce their November Pub Food Festival that will be delivering real ales, real food and real fires across the county in a spectacular series of events.
With about 20 pubs across Cornwall participating in this exciting event, the festival will see each week of November following a different theme for a wonderful variety of flavours and venues.
Charity Household Auction
St Austell Rugby Club, Tregorrick St Austell
Local Auctioneer Bob Bosisto and his team will be running a charity auction in aid of Cornwall Hospice Care, selling lots including Household, Collectable, Toys and Gift items.
There will be a cash bar on the night as well as a raffle for the charity. Donations of suitable goods for auction gratefully received. Viewing from 6pm, auction from 7.30.
Unfortunately there is no wheelchair access at this venue.

Dowsing for Beginners - WEA Course
The WEA has a programme of Dowsing courses: Beginners, Advanced, Healing with Dowsing and Dowsing Ancient Sites. Dowsing for Beginners is on two Sundays at County Hall in Truro and Alan Neal, our dowsing tutor, shows you how to use this ancient art for a wide range of applications. There will be indoor and outdoor demonstrations and practical sessions.
