Eden Project The Ice Rink is Back...

Our ice rink is back and bigger than ever, with a winter forest theme.

Bring the family for a skate, or if you prefer to spectate, we'll be serving hot drinks and delicious crepes from our Alpine Hut. Skating costs £5 for 40 mins and includes skate hire.

Coming next....Our full festive offer runs from the 27th November and includes caroling Cornish choirs, torchlit processions, locally sourced festive foodie treats, unusual gift ideas in our shop and of course our Biomes! Plus we'll be opening 'til 9pm, with reduced admission after 3pm, on certain dates.

Marathon - The Eden Project

The Eden Project is organising its first marathon and half-marathon through the countryside of Cornwall.

The race, which is being staged in conjunction with the St Austell Running Club, starts and finishes at the Eden Project at Bodelva, near St Austell, Cornwall, on October 11.

There will also be a one-mile fun run, taking in the sights and smells of plants from around the world in the famous Biomes.

The centre is hoping hundreds of local children will be join in the fun run and raise funds for their favourite charity or local cause.

As part of the Eden Project's Big Lunch Day there will be a bbq, beef baps, home made puddings, cream teas and fresh strawberries and cream at Corgee Farm, Luxulyan, Bodmin. As well as an afternoon of fun - games, stalls, rides to Helman Tor and a grand raffle - the event will be raising money for the South West Children's Hospice Precious Lives Appeal and the local chapel.
