a market in st neot village hall from 9am to 12 noon. we provide local fresh vegetables, quality meat and fresh bread, Cornish cheeses and hot pasties, plus home made jams and pickles, soaps, cards and other crafts. Come along and enjoy a hot drink and a sit - free parking, easy access, toilets. If you want to stay for lunch there is a soup kitchen at 1230 in aid of a local scout project. Celebrate a "Homefront Christmas" at Porthcurno Telegraph Museum!

Father Christmas will be visiting the secret World War 2 tunnels with FREE gifts for every child. There will be plenty of 'Make do and and mend' crafts to make and take home including felt jewellery, Christmas decorations and gifts.

Children of all ages will love to dress up and explore the crafts and hands-on activities for this real family event.

The award-winning Porthcurno Telegraph Museum concludes its successful summer schedule of free events with a fascinating insight into our rich history of invention and innovation and seeks to answer the question “Do we still have inventors?”

Presented by Gareth Parry (Emeritus Professor, Department of Physics, Imperial College London) this free event looks at the inventors and inventions that were the predecessors of technology that changed the world; from optical fibres and LED lighting to the world wide web.

A wide variety of stalls selling locally produced Food and Crafts @ Tremayne Hall, Mylor Bridge Nr Falmouth from 10 - 4. Free entry,free parking opposite (not in the pub car park please)refreshments all day including teas, coffees and cakes. There will also be a fund raising stall in aid of the Cornwall Air Ambulance.
Stalls include, bread, cakes, cheeses, apple juice, chutneys, preserves, dips, hot & cold puddings, smoked fish, honey, fudge, jewellery, fused glass, wood turning, textiles, art, prints and much more!
