Art Exhibition
Intersting mix of contemporary painting, mixed media collage, textiles, sculpture & bespoke furniture from four artists: Colin Davies, Janie M McDonald, Alex Panter & Carolyn Panter, all based in North Cornwall.
Exhibition is at Rock Institute, nr Wadebridge Pl27 6LQ it opens Boxing Day afternoon 2pm - 4pm and is then open every day 11am - 5pm.
Cornwall Folk Festival, Wadebridge
Now in its fourth decade, the former Wadebridge, now titled the Cornwall Folk Festival, runs over 3 days in early August, mixing local talent with acts from further afield to produce a varied programme of events to suit all tastes. The event draws musicians and fans alike from all over the UK to experience unique Cornish and Celtic musical heritage and dance culture.
Rock Oyster Festival
Rock Oyster Festival is one of the leading artisan food festivals in Cornwall and takes place at the stunning venue of 17th century Dinham House overlooking the Camel Estuary near Wadebridge.
Promoted as a midsummer celebration of food, music and art, visitors to the festival eat their way through thousands of Cornish oysters. As well as oysters there’s live music, circus acts, endless children’s entertainment, alternative performing arts and a shopping bazaar.
Royal Cornwall Show
For three days each year the dedicated showground at Wadebridge is transformed into a living town, bustling with life, energy, agriculture, entertainment and trade. It is a significant event on the Cornish calendar with around 130,000 people attending.

Wadebridge Prime Stock and Produce Show
This will be the show's 133rd year and the event will once again be held in the Exhibition Hall at the Royal Cornwall Showground at Wadebridge. As in past years the day will see a packed programme of livestock and produce judging, plus trade and craft exhibits, with something for everyone.

Royal Cornwall Show
For three days each year the showground at Wadebridge is transformed into a living town, bustling with life, energy, agriculture, entertainment and trade. It is a very significant event on the Cornish calendar with well over 127,000 people attending. The 2012 show will be held from 7th - 9th June.

Hands-On Coffee Roasters: Roastery Open Day
Join Hands-On Coffee Roasters at their Wadebridge roastery for tastings, and perhaps even some coffee roasting as part of the Celebration of Food Festival held during October.
Rock Affordable Art Exhibition
Popular artists Ginny Sewell (a botanical artist who works in watercolours) and Mary Reed (who explores the world of Victorian streetlife working in acrylics) present their first joint selling exhibition to be held at the Rock Institute, Rock Road, Wadebridge PL27 6LQ from 4th to 6th October. Priced to sell, the work on display includes cards, prints, limited edition signed giclee prints and original art work. The exhibition is open between 10.00 and 6.00 each day and there is ample free parking and free admissiion.

The Sculpture Workshop in Wadebridge is now offering the opportunity for anyone to create a unique and highly personal sculpted head
The workshops are open to anyone and are tailored to suit all abilities. Complete beginners just wanting to have a go will be amazed at just how creative they can be ...and it’s great fun!
In a half day workshop you’ll follow the tutors’ instructions to create a character head in clay.
Workshop sessions are run in the morning from 9.30-12.30 and the afternoon 1.00 – 4.00
