West by South West is a studio exhibition featuring paintings and ceramics by several of the foremost artists working in Penwith today: Ben Catt, Neil Davies, Brenda King, Jason Lilley, Lincoln Kirby Bell, Gary Long, John Piper, Michael Praed, Ken Symonds, Terry Whybrow and Ges Wilson. This group represents some of Cornwall’s finest artists whose work has been exhibited throughout the UK and abroad. They encompass a broad range of painting styles, from still-lifes and faux-naïve compositions to landscapes of varying degrees of abstraction.

Come and discover living history in the unique and inspiring surroundings of this 2000 year old settlement. Handle artifacts and learn about Iron age life.

This stunning venue is the setting for an annul music event. Party In The Park is all about the best local bands playing in front of the best crowd, all under one roof !
The event is being held under cover in marquees within the beautiful and historic grounds of Trereife Park, 1/2 mile west of Penzance on the A30 Lands End road.

THE PANICSTRUCK
Cornwall Country Fayre
The spectacular backdrop of Trereife Park, near Penzance, will be the setting of a summer fayre on Saturday 28th August.
A range of attractions will give the event the atmosphere of a traditional country fayre, with a companion dog show, heavy shire horses, and the Western Hunt horses and hounds. A range of classic cars will be on display and visitors will be welcome to browse an array of food, craft and trade stalls, while local Jazz bands provide the soundtrack.
Cornwall Design Fair in association with Hidden Art
A celebration of the quality and diversity of contemporary design and an opportunity to buy a wide range of furniture, interior products, ceramics, glass, lighting, jewellery, textiles and fashion accessories. The Cornwall Design Fair in association with Hidden art presents contemporary design from established names and up-and-coming designer-makers.
Medusa The Celt
Director Nick Whitby’s plays have been performed in over twenty major theatres, including on Broadway. We are pleased to welcome the cast back following their side-splitting performance last year of The Charity Shop Cabaret. This year we look forward to the ‘funny, scary and astonishing’ Medusa the Celt
‘Medusa The Celt is an extraordinary journey into the myth of the Gorgon, whose gaze turns all who look at her to stone.
This is a big, powerful, action-storytelling in the great tradition of Cornish outdoor theatre, with haunting music and stunning costume.
Summer Fine Food, Art and Craft Fair
With a large marquee of art and craft stalls on the tennis lawn, and a selection of fine food stalls in the cobbled stable area of the house, you can expect an array of attractions, plus a variety of entertainment for children, with craft workshops, traditional fair ground and donkey rides.

Biography
Miracle Theatre's Romeo and Juliet at Penlee Park
They had grown up in a violent world. Everyone around them was blinded by conflict and hatred. Only a fool would sleep with the enemy. But they are drawn to each other like moths to a flame. Their passion is a pure, bright, blazing refuge where, for a moment, they discover a kind of peace.
