Last year, over 120 countries held over 1150 events around the world to celebrate Terra Madre Day; to enjoy and promote good, clean and fair food. So......... We would like to do something here in Cornwall to lend our support to this global food revolution. Starting in the morning at the Camborne Produce Market (come anytime between 9.00am and 1.00pm) to shop for local produce and then on to the woodlands at Tehidy Country Park for an al fresco lunch in (4 mile drive from Camborne). Cost: £5.00 per person. Open to members and non-members. Bring: A chair, wellies, food to eat (the more local, the better!) and drink. Provided: Gazebos, tables, cooking stoves, bbq, all cooking equipment, plates etc. water tea/coffee. Map on how to get there.
