We give you the opportunity to talk to our fitness instructors, Spa therapists, and have a sneak peek at some of our new treatments and workshops that will be on offer throughout 2012. From nutrition to tanning and even Life Coaching and Reiki training.

The day is an opportunity for new and old members to see what we offer. Shake up or start a new fitness plan with help and advice from our personal trainers. Review your skin care regime with Skin Vision by our ESPA trained therapists. Sample some of our healthy new juices and smoothies and find out about our ‘diet club’. We also have information about classes and new programmes for 2012.
