Mining Villages Festival Concert. The Coppice Inn Gardens, Lanner 7.30pm The Mining Villages Festival was founded in 2008 inspired by the success of activities organised by the Mineral Tramways Project, which wound down that year. The Festival is a nine-day programme of events organised by villages linked by the Mineral Tramways trails. Each village is steeped in the history and culture of Cornish mining but has its own distinct character. The Mining Villages Festival is a chance for visitors and residents alike to explore and find out more about these fascinating communities As part of the festivitites the Lanner Brass Academy and the Lanner and District Silver Band will be performing an evening of entertaining music in the gardens of the Coppice Inn, Lanner.
Note: You should always check with the organisers before making any plans related to an event. The Cornwall Calendar publishes event details in good faith but NO responsibility is taken for errors, event cancellations etc. etc.
